Be cautious if someone: • Requests payment before you have viewed the property; • Requests cryptocurrency or gift cards; • Asks you to transfer money through an unusual payment method; • Pressures you to make an immediate payment; • Refuses to meet or arrange a property viewing; • Offers a property at a price that seems unusually low; or • Asks for unnecessary sensitive personal information. If something seems suspicious, stop communicating and report the listing to Renky.

Yes. Create a free renter account to save properties you're interested in and access them later.

Yes. Saved searches allow you to keep your preferred search criteria so you can quickly return to them. Renky may also introduce notifications when new properties match your saved searches.

Yes. When a property is no longer available, landlords should mark the listing as Rented or otherwise remove/pause the listing. Keeping listings current helps provide a better experience for renters.

Renters can use the Contact Landlord form on your listing. You will receive the inquiry through the contact information associated with your account.

Yes. Landlords and property providers can manage multiple listings, subject to Renky's applicable policies and limits. Additional tools for professional property managers may be introduced in the future.

Renky may offer optional promotional services such as: • Featured listings • Listing boosts • Premium landlord accounts Basic listing functionality is intended to remain available without requiring paid promotion.

Open the listing and select Report Listing. Choose the reason for your report and provide any relevant information. Our team may review reported listings and take appropriate action.

Be extremely cautious. Do not send money simply because someone asks you to. Verify the property, the landlord, the rental terms, and the payment recipient before making any payment. If you believe the listing may be fraudulent, report it to Renky.

Renky may provide verification features such as email, phone, and identity verification. A verification badge indicates that a particular verification step has been completed. It does not guarantee the quality of a property, the outcome of a rental transaction, or that a user will be suitable as a landlord or renter.

No. Renky is an online marketplace and does not generally inspect properties. Renters should independently inspect a property and verify its condition before entering into a rental agreement.
